In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Becca is such an amazing person. We could not make it to the funeral and I could not decide what I wanted to send. She helped me make decisions and gave me different suggestions in different price ranges but she never was pushy or impatient with me. She even sent us a picture of the spray and my husband said it was one of the most beautiful he had ever seen. Family members that were able to attend commented how pretty it was. Becca was AMAZING!!! Less than 24 hours I made a call to her for a bouquet for our friend and her family, it was closing time and she still answered the phone. She was so sweet and helpful, the payment process was easy being out of town and she created a beautiful arrangement which the family loved and she delivered it with plenty of time for everyone to enjoy!!
